Introducing to Coffee Brothers the "New Guinea Gold" we have carefully selected after weeks of cupping different batches this coffee is from Goroka this area is the capital of the Eastern Highlands Province of Papua New Guinea. It is a town of approximately 19,000 people, 1600m above sea level.
This single origin coffee has been roasted in parts and blended together to create a medium milk chocolate type body with a vanilla sweetness espresso coffee that moulds beautifully both as a black espresso and with milk. When we finally nailed this coffee the results presented are super tasty we hope you enjoy and look forward to any feedback
