Firstly lets talk "Sidamo" region coffee it features an extraordinarily wide variety of coffee flavours. Lots of different grades of coffee are produced, and there can be striking differences in profiles from town to town. Varying soil types, micro climates, and especially the countless coffee tree varietals contribute to some distinctive flavours.

For this blend it brings the Strawberry, Berries, stone fruits, Jasmine aroma, chocolate with clean finish.

Then we have the Guji coffee bean it brings more Red fruits like apple and raspberry show in both the aroma and the flavour, with some hints of citrus and plum. really giving this blend the premium option.

Popayán is the capital of Cauca region and is located in the Colombian massif it is on the Popayán plateau which sits at 1700masl. The undulating hills around it are where various small farms grow their coffee in the rich volcanic soil of the Andes

The Popoyan brings a balanced acidity with notes of chocolate milk and caramel.
